The first option and the best option is to cook your meals ahead of time and portion them out into separate plastic containers and keep them in the refrigerator. However, sometimes we run out of precooked meals and then have very little option when we are in a hurry to get to work. So, here are some quick snacks for bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts alike.

So, your second choice is to rip open the packet, dump a little into your mouth and take a gulp of water, swish it around, chew it up, and swallow it. It sounds disgusting but it’s really not. If you get the maple and brown sugar low sugar packets it actually tastes a little like an oatmeal cookie. Be sure to shake the pack well to spread out the flavoring or that last little bit will be quite a surprise.
